2. Test run check.
(1) Turn the working part by manual method, put the main clutch in the engaged state, set the shift handle to neutral, check the working condition of the working parts, and the planting arm should not be stuck.
(2) Turn the plug clutch handle away to start the engine. Before starting, add fuel and lubricants as required. After the engine runs smoothly, use the middle and slow speed to make the rice transplanter work idle for 10 minutes, and test the car with the transplanting speed and walking speed for 30 minutes.
(3) When the engine is running, there is no abnormal sound, the rotation speed is stable, no black smoke, no engine oil, no resonance.
3. Check the "three leaks."
Check the air filter, cylinder block and cylinder head joints and other airtight; there is no leakage in the joint surface of the oil pan, gearbox, working transmission box, working chain box, etc.; oil plugs do not leak oil.
4. Other parts of the inspection.
(1) The steering should be flexible;
(2) Each control mechanism is engaged and separated reliably. The gearbox and working transmission box are within the rated speed, and the gears of each gear of the clutch shall be flexible and reliable, and the pick-up shall be smooth, without the phenomenon of unblocking, jumping, etc., and there shall be no abnormal sound.
(3) The positioning clutch should be accurate and reliable. The correct position is: pull the plug positioning clutch handle, and the planting arm stops immediately above the door. When the positioning clutch is inserted, the planting arm is not allowed to touch any relevant parts during the operation of the planting arm;
(4) The depth adjustment mechanism should be flexible. When the lifting bar rotates, the depth of the plug can be smoothly adjusted;
(5) The safety clutch is a safety device for planting arm and transplanting mechanism. Separation on the safety clutch is automatically blocked when blocked, causing the planting arm to immediately stop transplanting (a thin piece of wood can be placed on top of the planter's door to allow the planter to rotate, such as the planting arm to stop, indicating that this group of safety clutches is reliable);
(6) The reversing mechanism should be accurate. When the cassette moves to the left and right limit positions, the lateral displacement stops and the commutation is completed;
(7) Examination of delivery institutions. The pushing stroke of the planting arm is 18-20mm, and the clearance between the pusher and the separating needle is between 0.5-1mm, the clearance is too large, the clamping jaw or the rake is clamped. The clearance between the door and the separation needle is between 1.25-1.75mm. When the machine is in operation, you can manually control the presser foot and gently turn it from left to right. If there is sound, it indicates that this group of arms is not qualified.
