Root knot nematode disease is one of the common diseases of vegetables. Root-knot nematodes generally live in root soils, and they are more susceptible to outbreaks in greenhouses in sandy soils. The root-knot nematode parasitic range is very wide. Except for minor infections of pepper, onion, and garlic, almost all other vegetables are harmed, and vegetables, such as melons, eggplant, and beans, are the most severely damaged. (1) Choose disease-free soil seedlings: Increase the use of decomposed manure fertilizers, river mud, and other organic fertilizers, do a good job in pastoral hygiene, and remove the diseased roots and field weeds after harvest. When the vegetable field is filled with water or deep in the sun, turn the table up to 2Ocm to reduce the hazard. (2) Rotation or soilless cultivation: cucumber, tomato and onion, garlic, leeks, and pepper rotation can reduce the incidence. Rotate with rice or aquatic vegetables, the effect is better. The use of soilless cultivation has good disease-preventing effect. If the cultivation is carried out by using a substrate, the plastic cloth that is laid in the tank should be prevented from being damaged, and the nematode in the soil must be damaged. (3) Drug prevention prior to planting: Disinfect soil before sowing to prevent nematodes from invading the soil and roots prematurely. The prevention and control method is: 3% avermectin is an effective drug for controlling nematodiasis at present, but the dosage per acre must be about 5 kilograms per time in order to effectively control the nematode damage. At the same time, it should be noted that these agents cause phytotoxicity to the melons, and must be covered with soil and replanted after application, and the seed or crop roots should not be directly exposed to the drug. The application method should be applied optimally by trenching, so that the use of drugs can effectively protect the root system from phytotoxicity and improve the efficacy. For sandy loam soil, it is better to use organic fertilizer to improve soil fertility, promote the rapid and healthy growth of vegetables, and increase disease resistance. At the same time, it also changes the nutrient characteristics of soil and reduces the occurrence of diseases. (4) Chemical control: soil in seedbeds, greenhouses, and open fields should be treated. Sandy loam soils should be treated with 98 to 60% of cotton microlitters (5 to 6 kg), clay loam (6 to 7 kg), and applicator or furrows, with a depth of 2O cm. , soil temperature 12 ~ 18 °C optimum, soil moisture content of more than 4O%.
