1,   Choice before purchase. It is much less troublesome to choose a product that is of good quality and suitable for equipment requirements.

1.1 It is recommended that the user select a product produced by a manufacturer that has technical advantages like Aite Electromechanical. At the same time, when selecting, the manufacturer should be required to provide as much detailed technical parameters as possible. Those manufacturers whose parameters are incompletely identified are lack of testing of certain technical items, and should be cautious when selecting.

1.2 According to the needs of the equipment, choose a model with a slightly larger flow rate to avoid fatigue. Increase the life of the machine.

2,   Pay attention to daily maintenance. Proper use and maintenance can extend the life of the air compressor and avoid or reduce the occurrence of faults.

2.1 , silent oil- free air compressor itself does not contain any oily substances, should not add any lubricating oil and oily substances.

2.2 . In strict accordance with the rated voltage, frequency and rated load on the air compressor, the effect will be better and safer.

2.4 , must be operated within the pressure range set by the factory (generally the factory Zui pressure is set to 8 Bar , safe pressure relief 8.8Bar ) , otherwise there will be danger of gas tank explosion. (If special pressure is required, please customize it)

2.5 , pay attention to the power supply voltage and the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accidents and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.

2.6 , the filter should be cleaned in time according to the use, regularly check the accessories, cable, and replace it immediately. Keep the machine clean and dry and oil-free so that it can fully perform its performance. When the air compressor is not in use, the air in the gas storage tank should be drained, the sewage in the gas storage tank should be drained, and stored in a dry environment.

2.7 . Discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank in time. It is recommended to discharge it at least once a week.

A , the air compressor does not stop working, but the air supply is still insufficient, the air compressor works, so that the gas storage tank stops when it is a little pressure. If the above problem is ruled out, it may be that the machine head is worn or exceeds the rated flow, and the machine is overloaded. As for the damage of the leather bowl, it is necessary to change the leather bowl. The life of the general leather bowl is about 3 years.
B. The
air compressor works intermittently and the air supply is insufficient. The cause of this failure is: a The voltage is insufficient. There is a buzzing sound at the start. For example, if the running current is too large at this time. The oil-free head works zui low voltage is 200V , it is difficult to start below this voltage head, and frequent start will cause the head temperature to rise. The zui final circuit protection shutdown. Turn it on until the temperature drops. For areas where voltage fluctuations occur frequently, it is recommended to install an automatic voltage regulator. b Start capacitor leakage. When the electric leakage occurs, the compressor head can also be started, but the speed is slow and the current is large. Because of the large current, the hair of the machine is hot and fast, and the machine head is protected from stopping. This question can be replaced with a new one, but it should be noted that the UF number should be the same. It is not good to be too big or too small.
C. The
air compressor must start the work after putting the air pressure of the air tank to zero air pressure every time. Otherwise, it can't be started. When the power is turned on, you can see that the machine head is turning very slowly and there is a buzzing sound. The current is also large. This is because the one-way valve is blocked, and its position is connected to the head outlet pipe (or high pressure pipe) and the other end is connected to the gas storage tank, and there are three outlets. Its function is to let the gas emitted by the machine head only to the air tank and the gas of the gas tank cannot come out. The inside is a spring and a film. If the dirty thing jams the film, it will cause a reverse air leak, then the second start of the machine will press the high pressure and cannot start. The solution is to open the bonnet behind the check valve with the wrench and wash it back as it is.

, the air compressor can work, but the noise is significantly larger than the original. This phenomenon is checked whether the running current is normal after removing the accessories on the machine. If it is normal, it is generally used for some years. The environment where the oil-free air compressor is placed should be kept away from the dusty place. After the power is unplugged regularly, the surface and the dust in the two blades are blown off with high-pressure air. The noise is too large. Since the four motor bearings are worn by dust, the corresponding cups are also affected. Replace tools and accessories that require a dedicated oil-free air compressor.
