Six, the crystallization of honey. In order to speed up the crystallization, 0.5% Chen honey can be mixed in honey. The crystallization of the honey thawed, the outer pot can be double water, the inner layer of honey heat treatment until the temperature reaches 71 °C, hold for a few minutes, then go to the fire, let stand for 1 day.
