Soy protein and anti-cancer intimacy

The first thing to talk about soybeans (also known as soybeans) is that it is a major source of protein for vegetarians because it is rich in protein. The reason that is being paid more and more attention now is that besides soymilk can lower cholesterol (the United States has officially approved soymilk products, can be labeled as a cholesterol-reducing claim), it is beneficial to anti-cancer. With the statistical evidence and clinical application, we can confirm the correctness of the source of information from the nutritional point of view.

Soy protein is rich in Isoflavones (or isoflavones). Isoflavones is a hormone-like compound that inhibits the growth of tumor cells caused by hormonal imbalances, such as prostate cancer and breast cancer. Its principle of action is to replace the hormones like cancer and breast cancer that are used by Isoflavones (such as decidolone and estrogen) to ease and inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

In addition, genistein contained in soybeans has been shown to inhibit the growth of prostate and breast cancers according to certain studies. Because genistein inhibits the enzymes that cause cell growth and inhibits the proliferation of abnormal blood vessels (the latter is the same as the anti-cancer mechanism of shark cartilage).

One other thing related to breast cancer is fiber, adequate fiber intake, which contributes to excess fat excretion, and indirectly reduces the chance of breast cancer caused by excessive fat intake. It happens that soy is rich in fiber, so it is beneficial to inhibit the occurrence of breast cancer.
