Generally, the curtain is adjusted to be flush with the tip of the brush, and the distance from the tip of the brush is no more than 3 mm. After the machine is shut down, the position of the shifting handle is rotated, and the handle is in the 4 or 6 position, which indicates that the spacing between the plants is 4 inches and 6 inches, and the gear adjustment spacing can also be changed to 3 inches and 5 inches.
2 The positioning time of the jaws and the feeder is adjusted. Turn the sub-insert wheel by hand. When the pawl enters the jaw and the squeegee to a horizontal position, the jaw of the squeegee has retreated. The distance between the jaw tip and the root of the brush is required to be 14 to 24 mm. The adjustment method is to move the position of the plug-in transmission chain forward and backward.
3 Transplanting depth. Change the fixed position of the lift lever on the depth adjustment tooth plate. The fixed position is high and deep; if not, it is shallow.
4 chain tightness and engine belt tightness. The tightness of the chain is suitable to be slightly elastic under the pressure in the middle of the chain, which is achieved by adjusting the tight wheel. Before and after the production of the mobile engine, the belt does not slip.
