With the vigorous promotion of rural biogas digesters, farmers often encounter one or more failures in the use of biogas digesters. The main ones are:
I. Failure of biogas fermentation
1, long after the start of feeding does not produce gas, or there is no gas burning. The gas production starts normally and the gas production drops again later. Causes: Acidification of the fermentation material or insufficient fermentation material, the temperature in the pool has dropped. Method: Use lime water or wood ash to adjust the pH value of 7-7.4, supplement the inoculum. Take insulation measures and increase the amount of feed.
2. Gas production is normal, but gas is not produced after feeding. A red flame appears when burning, and adjusting the cooker cannot be eliminated. Cause: Toxic substances (such as pesticides) were mixed in the fermentation raw materials. The carbon dioxide content in the biogas is high, the acidification tendency of the fermentation liquid occurs, and the concentration of the feed liquid is high. Method; reload. Adjust the PH value until the PH value returns to neutral and add fresh water.
Second, the gas pipeline failure
1. The pressure on the pressure gauge is high. When the pressure on the air drops sharply, the firepower is weak and even the ignition fails. The switch pressure is immediately returned to its original position. When the switch is turned on, the pointer of the pressure gauge jumps and the firepower is large and small. Cause: The air pipe or tee is blocked, the air pipe is compressed or folded, and the pipeline is not open. The gas pipeline has condensate accumulation and generates water resistance. Method: Check the pipeline to clear it in time. Remove stagnant water, install drains, and straighten the corners.
2. When the switch is closed, the pressure gauge pointer jumps. Pressure gauge pressure is high, but firepower is low and combustion is slow. Cause: Air leaks in air pipes, tees, or switches. Switch, three-way pipe diameter is not up to specifications, resulting in poor gas transmission. The gas pipeline is too long and the pressure loss is large. Method: Inspect the air leakage site for timely repair. Eliminating the barrier of three-way switch, appropriately increasing the diameter of the pipeline, and building a gas storage and floating enclosure nearby.
Three, digester failure
1. When the pressure is low, the pressure gauge rises quickly. When the pressure is high, the pressure gauge rises slowly and does not rise when it reaches a certain pressure. Reason: Biogas leaks, or when there is a loophole in the junction between the digester gas box and the fermentation, the zero pressure water level is low, and the biogas leaks from the flash outlet. Method: Clean up the digester, fix leaks or repaint seals, add raw materials for fermentation and water, and increase the zero-pressure level.
2, pressure gauge pressure is high, but the gas soon burned. Cause: The tank is too full and the pressure tank is too small. Method: Clear part of the liquid to make the zero pressure liquid level flush with the bottom of the hydraulic pressure tank and expand the volume of the hydraulic pressure tank.
Fourth, lamp, stove failure
1, pressure gauge pressure is high, but the lack of firepower, biogas lamp is difficult to achieve incandescent or yarn cover only bright half, reasons: the air intake is not adjusted well, methane content in biogas is low, stove fire board or biogas nozzle blocked. Method: Adjust the throttle of biogas so that the proportion of biogas and anaesthesia is appropriate, clear the blockage, and replace the yarn cover or nozzle again.
2, electronic ignition spark, but not fire. When it is lighted or lit, there is no spark at the time when the light and cooker are on fire. Cause: The pipeline is not blocked. The battery is not mounted correctly, the line is faulty, and the porcelain pin is far away. Method: Check the pipeline for clogging, adjust the stove path, let the gas pass through the ignition position. Check whether the battery is in place, whether the circuit has leakage, and adjust the porcelain pin distance.
