Method / Step 1:

1. One-step granulator main unit heater adopts air heat exchanger, and the stainless steel structure is easy to disassemble, repair and clean. It is equipped with a damper for cold and hot air linkage adjustment to achieve continuous inlet air temperature control. It can finely adjust the inlet air temperature. The air temperature can be arbitrarily set and automatically adjusted from room temperature to 120 °C. The temperature control accuracy is within ±1 °C. .

The high-efficiency filter integrity detection reagent injection port is reserved, and the injection port is sealed in daily use.

7. The inlet air duct is smooth and has no sharp edges and corners, which is easy to clean. It has a pneumatic automatic on-off valve to prevent pollution or damage during cleaning. The air inlet duct is raised 15cm or more to prevent water from flowing back into the heater during clearing.

18. One-step granulator uses vacuum discharge, and the material remaining in the internal loader after no-loading of the loader shall not exceed 1kg.
