Instead, use an air pump to blow air from the inside out, then gently scrub with a brush. Apply clean, calcium-based grease to the grease points, and never mix it with other types of lubricants.
Air filtration is equally important. The engine draws in 2 to 4 cubic meters of air per minute, so the air filter must be inspected and cleaned regularly to ensure only clean air enters the combustion chamber.
Regarding cooling water, it's best to use soft water such as rainwater, snowmelt, or treated tap water. If well water is used, make sure it's clean. To maintain the cooling system, add 1% caustic soda and 0.5% kerosene to the water in proportion. This helps prevent scale buildup and keeps the system running smoothly.
Finally, for the machine itself, most farm equipment operates outdoors, exposed to dust, mud, and moisture. As a result, the machine body can easily get dirty. It’s essential to clean it frequently to prevent rust. If necessary, repaint damaged areas to protect against corrosion and extend the machine’s lifespan. Regular maintenance not only improves performance but also ensures safety and reliability in the field.
