1 , security:

working principle:

Operation method:

2 , sample:
The diameter of the sample is usually less than 1 mm, the solid particles are generally not more than 3 mm, and the soil is allowed to be 10 mm.
3 , loading:
The maximum volume of the charge (sample + ball + auxiliary material) is two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank, and the remaining one third is used as the running space.
4 , speed:
In order to obtain the best results, the parameters such as the rotational speed, the ball milling time, the ball (a reasonable mix of large and small balls), the size of the sample, and the amount of auxiliary materials should be selected appropriately.
When the can lid is ground out of the groove of the ball, it indicates that the use speed is too high and should be slowed down. The speed is high and the efficiency is not necessarily high. When starting the grinding, the rotation speed can be higher (from the effect of crushing the sample), after grinding for a period of time (generally no more than 2 minutes), the rotation speed can be reduced, so that the ball milling efficiency is higher. The ball milling efficiency is determined by the ball (large, small, large, and small), and the nature of the sample and the particle size, weight, speed, and operation mode are properly matched. In order to increase the grinding efficiency and extend the life of the ball mill, it is not necessary or necessary to adjust the speed too high.

Ball mill installation:
Installation and use of vacuum ball mill tanks:
1. The vacuum ball mill can and the can lid are sealed with a 0-type vacuum seal ring and pressed with screws. The vacuum part of the can lid is made of a combination of a 0-type vacuum seal flat seal and a circumferential seal.

3. Above the suction pipe, there is a knurling knob that rotates clockwise to close the suction passage; when it rotates counterclockwise to open the gas path, it can be pumped.
4. When vacuuming, pump the vacuum rubber tube, place it on the ball mill, press it with the V-shaped handle, and lock the flat handle to ball milling.
Steps
1. Place the ball mill tank with the ball and material installed correctly on the ball mill. First tighten the upper handle clockwise (note the force is appropriate), then lock the lower handle clockwise (lock the nut to prevent the screw from loosening. ), then close the cover (the motor does not start without closing the cover).
2. Connect the power supply and the controller with the plug wire (when the specification is <20L: AC 220V±10%, 50HZ input; when the specification is 320L: 380V±10%, 50HZ input).
3. After setting the operation mode on the controller, start the motor.
Note: The output voltage of the export type ball mill should be the local voltage.
